Bane of my existence come summer. Look, all I want to do is be able to wander around topless because it is hot… (A couple of days ago when it was in the 90’s my outfit consisted of a sports bra and a skirt, because it was the closest to naked I could get and still be able to go outside). 

You could always move to Seattle.  It’s a bit less restrictive when it comes to public nudity. It also doesn’t generally get that hot during summer.  We have hit 90 a few times.  But, for the most part, it hovers in the 80s.
